Recipe: Health Shot


This recipe is great to add to your daily routine for a quick way to get a healthy dose of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals! Take this Health Shot to help detox the body, boost the immune system, aid digestion, relieve congestion and sore throats, aid in weight loss, and boost energy levels.

Recipe:

Yield: 1-2 ounce shot

- 1 ounce warm water

- 1/2 ounce Phoenix Cider  

- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Honey

Directions:

Whisk warm water with Cinnamon Honey, stir in Phoenix Cider. Shoot! Add more water to make less intense.

Tip: If using a shot glass, it helps to stir the ingredients with a chopstick.
